OTHERS WONDERED TOO...
Can I see a hard copy sample before you start production?
Absolutely! Once you approve your online proof, we’re happy to mail an actual hard copy sample of your invitation suite.* This is a great way for you to preview exactly what your guests will see when it arrives to them in the mail. This is also the perfect time to ensure the text, colors, and formatting look perfect before we start production. Samples are mailed via USPS and a $25.00 production fee will apply. For more questions about samples, please contact us.
*hard samples are available in flat digital printing only. Specialty print methods are not available as hard samples.
Will the colors on my invitations be exactly like the ones I see online?
Yes and no... Every computer is unique, has various settings, and displays colors a tad differently. Typically, the printed colors are extremely similar to what you see online, however they may vary slightly depending on the device you're using. Our design programs are color-calibrated daily for graphic design to ensure we're working with appropriate color tones. Additionally, we match printed colors to the color swatches selected during your initial consultation. If you'd like to ensure the colors are spot on, we always recommend ordering a hard copy proof before production starts to ensure everything is exactly as you have in mind.
Does my order include envelopes?
Definitely! We can't imagine delivering your dream invitations without giving you something special to mail them in! Our invitations, save-the-dates, thank-you cards, and response cards include complimentary envelopes that coordinate perfectly with the papers and colors of your invitation suite. Address printing is also included--FREE!!
When are payments due?
50% of your initial estimate is due before any custom work can begin. This allows us to reserve your event date on our calendar, conceptualize custom designs, and order materials. The remaining balance is due at our last meeting when you pick up your final items.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand things happen, or you may change your mind after placing an order, so it is possible for you to cancel your order depending on what stage of production your item(s) are in. If your custom designs have begun, been set up for print, or materials have been ordered, we regret that we cannot refund any payments already made, including the initial deposit. For more information on our cancellation policy, please contact us.
What if there’s an error on my order?
We take every measure to make sure this never happens! However, if the error is our mistake, we will correct and reprint the item(s) in the most expeditious manner. If you accidentally made an error after approving final proofs, we are happy to work with you in order to quickly reprint the item(s) at a discounted rate. Contact us for more details.
Can I also order programs, place cards, menu cards, or anything else I might need for my event?
Of course! We are a one-stop shop for anything you may need to help make your event day shine extra bright! If you can imagine it, and it can be printed, we can likely do it! By being able to source all your stationery at one place, you'll be sure to have a cohesive theme that ties your event brand together in the most perfect way. One more thing you can check off your 'to do' list!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are proud to accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, cash, and online payments such as Chase QuickPay or PayPal.
Can I change the quantity of items I order?
Absolutely! Your estimate reflects the amount of invitations you originally estimated during your initial consultation. You are welcome to increase, or decrease, this quantity at any time up until materials are ordered. Once custom materials are ordered, you may not decrease the amount ordered. We also do not require incremental ordering so you only pay for what you need.
Who is in charge of my stationery and who makes it?
We handle every part of the stationery process in-house ourselves! We are your designers, printers, production artists, foil stampers, wax seal pourers, packaging experts, and etiquette guides to help you all along the way. We don't outsource any part of our process, mostly so that we can keep our detail-oriented eyes on your items the whole way through. You're in great hands!
