Preparing for your BIG DAY involves an overwhelming amount of detail-planning and decisions that must be made.  SO many details that you may be asking yourself where do I begin?  Our team put together some helpful planning and organizational tools to help keep even the most organized bride on track.

Can I see a had copy sample before you start production?

Absolutely!  Once you approve your online proofs, we’re happy to mail  a sample of your invitation suite.  A hard copy sample is a great way for you to see what the actual card size, colors and weight is like.  This is also the perfect time to ensure all grammar and spelling looks perfect before we start production.  Samples are mailed via USPS  and a $10.00 processing fee will apply for each sample ordered.  For more questions about samples, please contact us.

 

Will the colors on my invitations be exactly like the one I see online?

Yes and no...  Every computer is unique and displays colors a little differently.  Typically, the printed colors are very close to what you see online, but they may vary depending on your monitor settings.  Our monitors are color-calibrated daily for graphic design to ensure we're working with appropriate color tones.  We match the printed colors to the color swatches selected at the initial consultation.  We always recommend ordering a hard copy proof before we send your items to print to ensure all colors look exactly as you have in mind.

 

Does my order include envelopes?

Definitely!  We wouldn't think of creating your custom invitations without giving you something to mail them in!  Our invitations, save-the-dates, thank-you cards and response cards include complimentary blank white or ivory envelopes.  Custom envelope printing is available for a nominal service fee.  Contact us for more details.  

 

When is payment due?

50% of your total invoice is due before any custom work can begin  This serves as a retainer for our team to design your proofs and order materials.  The remaining balance is due at our last meeting when we deliver your final items.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that things happen or you may change your mind after placing an order so it is possible for you to cancel your order, depending on what stage of production your item(s) are in.  If your custom items have already been set up for printing, we regret that we cannot refund any payments already made.  For more information on our cancellation policy, please contact us.

 

What if there’s an error on my order?

We do everything we can to never have this happen!  If the error is our mistake, we will correct and reprint the item(s) as expeditiously as possible.  If you accidentally made an error when ordering, we are happy to reprint the item(s) at a discounted rate from the original sale total.   Common errors that occur may be caused by sending us incorrect information upon placing an order or approving a digital proof containing an error.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are proud to accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, cash and money order payments.

 

Can I change the quantity of items I order?

Yes and no...  Your estimate reflects the amount of invitations you originally estimate at our initial consultation.  You are welcome to increase or decrease this quantity at any time before materials are ordered.  Once we place the order for your custom materials (we will confirm quantities with you first), you may not decrease the amount ordered.
